Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing Lettings Team, to conduct inspections on the properties managed by the Team.

This is a part time position : Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 2.30pm. However hours can be discussed for suitability.



The position involves visiting rented properties during a tenancy to compile a report of the properties condition as well as capturing overview photos of the rooms and any major issues or damage in the property.

This also includes checking that tenants are respecting the property by not smoking, keeping pets or housing people that are not on the tenancy.

Once the property has been inspected, the report can then be compiled from the office and uploaded.

Property visits will require travel in Grimsby and the surrounding areas.

A keen eye for detail and previous estate agency exposure will be advantageous.

A clean driving license and access to a car is mandatory.

The salary advertised is for a full time position of 40 hours, so will be pro-rata for this role.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,795.00-24,000.00 per year
