Visiting properties across Glasgow and Central Scotland to carry out property inspections, check outs and check ins.
Managing your diary and travel to meet business targets and deadlines
Working closely with the office based team to share information and organise follow up repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work to properties
Communicating effectively with tenants, landlords and contractors via face to face, phone and email contact in relation to property issues
All connected office work - communicating via phone and email + general admin tasks
Making claims to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for deductions from Tenancy Deposits
Candidates for this role should have transferrable experience, good communication skills and a hardworking attitude. It's essential that you have strong attention to detail and a well organised, professional approach. Experience of SME Professional highly beneficial and experience within Residential Lettings essential.
Permanent role with working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday based in the West End of Glasgow. A pool vehicle will be provided to carry out this role. Travel to and from work not covered.

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong IT skills & SME Professional experience
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
