This role is to assist our property management team with inspections of current lettings properties. This is a flexible role and requires 3 days a week between 9am and 5pm. This position will be based in our Sunderland Office for working but will be required to travel to Newcastle part of each week for inspections
Duties:
Conducting routine property visits and end of contract property inspections.
Reporting directly to management and the Property Management Department.
Being aware of current health and safety regulations, guidance and good practice in accordance to planned visits, and that of any instructed contractors.
Be aware of personal Health & Safety when carrying out inspections and routine property visits
Experience:
Experience dealing with properties and inspections.
Experience in the lettings field is preferred but not essential
Highly organised
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

All Mileage will be paid for and an allowance for using own car
