We are currently seeking a Property Inspector & Viewings Coordinator to join our team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES



The Property Inspector & Viewings Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out accurate property inspections

using Inventory Hive, including move-in, move-out, and mid-term inspections. The role also involves producing

detailed reports, updating landlords, and conducting viewings for both rental and sales properties to support the

lettings and sales teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



PROPERTY INSPECTIONS & REPORTING



? Complete detailed move-in and move-out inventories using Inventory Hive.

? Carry out routine inspections of tenanted properties, ensuring condition and compliance.

? Produce clear, professional inspection reports, highlighting any maintenance or tenancy issues.

? Provide timely updates and reports to landlords regarding property condition and tenant

responsibilities.

VIEWINGS & CLIENT INTERACTION



? Arrange and conduct viewings for both rental and sales properties.

? Present properties professionally and answer queries from prospective tenants and buyers.

? Collect and relay feedback from viewings to the lettings/sales team and landlords/vendors.

COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT



? Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding inspection outcomes and follow-up actions.

? Work closely with the lettings and sales teams to ensure smooth progression from viewing to

tenancy/sale.

? Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and satisfied.

REQUIREMENTS



? Strong attention to detail with excellent report-writing skills.

? Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.

? Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.

? Professional and presentable when meeting clients and tenants.

? Comfortable using technology/software (Inventory Hive and MS Office).

? Knowledge of lettings and sales processes (desirable but training can be provided).

? Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 19,200.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: In person
