We are currently recruiting for a Property Insurance Claims Handler to be part of our thriving business.
About Us:
Concept Claim Solutions provides a loss assessing service, primarily serving the residential sector. When homeowners need to make a property insurance claim, our free service takes the stress out of dealing with insurers and coordinating the multiple tradespeople required to assess and fix the damage.
As a Claims Handler, you'll support our field-based Franchise Partners, guide customers through the claims process, manage claims from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to settlement, and play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Building and maintaining relationships with area managers, customers, and clients.
Managing the diaries of Franchise Partners and scheduling appointments.
Liaising with Franchise Partners and contractors to coordinate job details.
Gathering updates from area managers on the progression of claims.
Collecting essential information from customers to ensure accurate claims handling.
Responding to client inquiries via email.
Preparing reports using Excel and our CRM systems.
Staying up-to-date with referral schemes and internal processes.
Maintaining a calm and empathetic approach while assisting customers in potentially distressing situations.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with excellent telephone communication skills, strong IT capabilities, and experience working in a fast-paced claims environment. The ideal candidate is either studying for, or looking to pursue, CII or CILA qualifications.
