Basic Salary:

Up to

28k per annum dependant on experience And qualifications, with the chance to add additional shifts to pay.

Contract type

: Initially, this role is to cover maternity leave until around March time 2026, However, there may be opportunity for a permanent contract in a fast growing and expanding company either in the same role or department, or another department.

Commission also offered on top of basic.



Full-time role - Ideally up 35 hours per week.



Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (no long hours!) with 2 in 4 Saturdays (short shift, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm)

- with the option to

take time back during the week

or

receive additional pay

for the extra hours worked.

Place of work:

Boothstown office & attending your own given portfolio of properties (mileage allowance given.)

experienced Lettings Property Manager

to join our team in Boothstown.

About the Role:



As a

Lettings Property Manager

, you'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality lettings service. Your role will involve:

? Managing a portfolio of rental properties (Ideally 70-140 properties)
? Overseeing tenant applications, referencing, and agreements
? Handling maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
? Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance
? Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
?

Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services

in a transparent and professional manner
? Staying up to date with lettings legislation and best practices and ensuring all legal compliance is met.

What We're Looking For:



We need someone with

experience in lettings/property management

who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced

At least 2 years in a similar lettings role.

- Legally Knowledgeable

- Strong understanding of

lettings regulations and compliance and able to demonstrate this


- Not essential, however we look favourably upon qualifications (Desirable)

- with

ARLA Propertymark Level 2 or Level 3 onwards

(or equivalent qualification) is highly regarded, but strong experience in lettings/property management is most important

- Driver

- A full

UK driving licence

and access to a car (essential)
