Duties
We are seeking a highly motivated Lettings Manager with experience. As a Letting Manager you will be responsible for supporting landlords and assisting clients in renting and then managing the properties. Your main duties will include:
- Being responsible for the day to day management of the Lettings department
- Encouraging the growth of Monopoly Buy Sell Rent Lettings
- Conducting property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiating offers with tenants and landlords
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Managing property listings on various platforms
- Preparation of contracts and legal documents
- Keeping up-to-date with rental property regulations
- Ensure Property inspections and legal requirement databases are up to date
- Liaising between tenants, landlords and maintenance technicians
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Management skills to manage a small team
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and legal documents.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
