Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent focus on customer satisfaction as well as knowledge in areas such as joinery, plumbing, decorating, electrical.

Responsibilities

Our responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Diagnose and resolve reactive maintenance issues promptly. Carry out general building repairs (joinery, plumbing, decorating). Perform basic electrical tasks. Perform full and basic decoration wok. Maintain clear, accurate job sheets with photos and materials used. Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues. Install LVT, vinyl and hardwood flooring. Carpet installation. Execute full bathroom, shower room and kitchen refurbishments. Clearing property and furniture removals.
The successful candidate will work alongside a successful team and report directly to the maintenance supervisor, while also demonstrating the ability to act and work independently when required. Please note that the advertised rate of pay is commensurate with relevant experience.

Experience

Multi?skilled maintenance background (joinery/plumbing/building/electrical). A passion for carry out work to a high-quality standard is vital. Strong health & safety awareness. Enthusiastic approach to challenges. Full UK driving licence. Excellent communication and customer service skills
