We are a Facilities Management provider based in Renfrewshire looking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled reactive maintenance engineer to join our team already established team.
Our offices are located in Renfrew and our coverage is across the central belt of Scotland and North of England.
You will be part of a team of multi skilled tradespeople who specialise in repair, installation, maintenance and improvement of commercial and residential property on a planned and reactive basis.
we are looking for individuals who have Experience of a minimum of 5 years or more in a similar role, who have a proven track record of customer care and who can demonstrate a good portfolio of works that they have previously completed. A portfolio of works completed will be requested should you progress to interview stage.
It is expected that applicants are competent working with domestic plumbing installations both repair and installation, minor joinery tasks including floor fitting, door hanging, installation of skirting, shelving ect, experienced with electrical installtions, painting and decorating to a very high standard. Ideally the applicant will hold qualification or at least 5 years experience in either plumbing, painting and decorating or woodwork. Other skill sets will be considered.
All applicants should be familiar with completing risk assessments and method statements for works, should understand safe systems of work and put safety as a priority
The applicant must be reliable, presentable, have great customer services skills, be willing to travel and appreciate a challenge. Applicants must hold a full driving license, be able to successfully complete the disclosure process and be able to put the needs of others in front of their own.
