Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Handy Man to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of repair, maintenance jobs to do with property, must be all rounded in all areas of maintenance (ex gas). This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skillsnand excellent customer service abilities. The Handy Man will ensure that all works completed to a high standard and manage their time well

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections on properties. All areas of property maintenance knowledge must be known, roofing, plumbing, electrics, guttering, doors, windows, small areas plaster/filling, damp knowledge, fencing, garden gates, kitchen fitting, tiles, problem solving, property compliance knowledge Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Collaborate with other members to address specific maintenance needs promptly. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

Experience is a must Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30, weekend possible call outs (extra pay) Own tools and transport Excellent skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good command of English, both written and spoken, for clear communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
