To support our continued expansion, we are seeking Property Management Administrators to join our team. The opportunities sit within one of our Account Management teams, delivering service charge and insurance management to a range of high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Email Inbox Management:

Monitoring and responding to incoming emails, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Invoice Processing:

Checking and inputting information into our in-house database.

Database Maintenance:

Updating and maintaining our internal systems to ensure all financial and customer information is accurate and up to date.

Reporting Support:

Assisting with the preparation and running of regular and ad-hoc reports.

Query Resolution:

Handling internal and external queries professionally and promptly.

Data Entry:

Extensive inputting of financial and operational data, including requesting and following up on outstanding details.

Administrative Support:

Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as and when required.
We are seeking a highly capable Administrators with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent data entry skills, with a strong focus on speed and accuracy. They must have a solid command of written English, including the ability to compose professional emails. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. They'll be well-organised, enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment, and possess strong numerical skills, including the ability to check and verify invoice details with confidence. We welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week), spread over five days (Monday to Friday), with a minimum of 5 hours per day.

Please note: The roles are fully office based, we don't offer a remote/hybrid working option for these opportunities.



In return, we offer a starting salary from

22,500 to 27,000 (pro rata for part-time)

, along with a

comprehensive benefits package

including 25 days holiday plus bank/public holidays, profit-sharing bonus, life assurance, private health & dental care scheme, company pension scheme, flexible working hours, personal leisure time allowance up to 4 hours per month, and an array of exciting social events.
