The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Property & Accounts Administrator
to join our Harrow-on-the-Hill office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property and accounts, with full training and development provided.
The role will involve supporting the
Accounts and Property Management teams
in the day-to-day running of the business, helping to ensure smooth financial operations and efficient property administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the accounts team with bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and reconciliations
Supporting property management operations, including maintaining records and databases
Using internal systems to categorise, track, and progress business-critical deals and developments
Preparing and updating reports, schedules, and spreadsheets
Liaising with contractors, tenants, and clients as required
Supporting compliance, documentation, and audit processes
Assisting with property management correspondence and administrative duties
Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient administrative systems
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (property or accounts experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good numeracy and IT skills (Excel and general accounting or CRM software experience an advantage)
Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing business
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
