We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Analyst to join our Central Property Management team, based in London. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's drive for commercial and operational excellence in property management. You will report into our Head of Property Management Europe and work closely with our country Asset & Property Management teams as well as other central teams such as Portfolio & Financial Management.

What you'll do


Responsible for supporting the Property Management Central team in project administration. Manage data requests from other central internal teams to coordinate with country Property Management teams and any other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration. Act as a liaison between central teams, local PMs teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of project updates, action points, and decisions. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and document meeting minutes, including action items and deadlines. Coordinate the arrears monitoring process by ensuring reporting is completed by local teams in line with guidelines and process updates are efficiently communicated. Maintain up to date documentation for use by team and other stakeholders. Effective cooperation with internal stakeholders to provide concise and timely information requests and facilitate central commercial project requests. Support the communication between local Property Management teams and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Property Operations, Asset Management, IT) to drive collaboration, share feedback and resolve challenges.



What you'll bring


Your work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate industry Yardi Voyager knowledge and experience is preferred but not essential Competent in using Excel to present data Open-minded and willingness to learn new systems and processes Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with end-users at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of working independently and managing workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage a fast-moving environment and shifting responsibilities. You're flexible and able to manage your time against changing priorities and teams. An exceptional team attitude. You're able to work independently, but you're also a people person and recognize when collaboration is key. We can count on you for a professional, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to analyse data to extract meaningful commercial and operational insights Excellent communication skills. You're fluent in business English, both written and spoken, and able to produce polished, professional emails and training materials.
