Worth Recruiting - Property Industry RecruitmentVacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER TEAM LEADER - Residential Lettings AgencyLocation: Worthing, BN11Salary: OTE xc2xa337kPosition: Permanent - Full TimeA position has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager with additional supervisory / managerial skills.You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and currently be employed in a similar role.You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding.You must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure - all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!In addition, you will be responsible for the managing, motivating and mentoring a busy team and overseeing the performance of the department, so some managerial / supervisory skills would be essential in this role.Skills required for this Property Manager Team Leader (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Extensive experience in Property Management
• Managerial skills beneficial
• An exceptional understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
• Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
• Have excellent inter-personal skills
• A superb, professional telephone manner
• Have outstanding organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
• Live within easy reach of the Worthing area
