Due to rapid growth within our Lettings department, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager Assistant to join our team in West Bromwich. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Lettings Property Management, most specifically residential block management and be up to date with Lettings legislation.
Main Duties:
Being attentive to details
Communication and negotiation
Dressing and acting in a professional manner
Being confident and responsible
Being courteous to clients and co-workers
Working on your own initiative
Making responsible decisions
Excellent record keeping
Ensure all legal compliance are up to date
Stress management and problem solving
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors.
Managing rental properties and day to day maintenance reports.
Reviewing property inspections and reporting back to landlords
Take responsibility for fire safety in residential blocks, including conducting weekly fire safety checks and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations
