We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of customer service expertise and operational efficiency, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to our tenants.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact and liaise with our Lettings team
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with contractors.
Maintain accurate records of property activities, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and maintenance logs.
Utilise software for property management tasks such as data entry, financial reporting, and tenant tracking.
Implement effective upselling strategies to maximise occupancy rates and enhance tenant satisfaction.
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations and efficient data management.
Uphold professional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients.
Skills
Proficient in property management software is highly desirable.
Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks is essential.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Excellent phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Ability to upsell services or features effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
