Join our busy sales, lettings and property management office, where you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting clients with their property needs.
Job Purpose
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You'll assist clients via phone, email, and in-person visits while managing essential documentation and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Create tenancies and occupational contracts
Process eligibility and guarantor documents, including chasing outstanding items
Respond to landlord and tenant/contract holder enquiries (telephone and email)
Manage utilities and ensure certificate and legislation compliance
Complete associated paperwork for tenancies and contracts
Carry out quality assurance on occupational contracts
Send agency agreements to landlords and terms of business to vendors
Carry out property inspections and inventories
Perform other duties as required by the Line Manager
