The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised
Property Manager
to oversee our portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and all housing standards are met. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out property inventories at the start and end of tenancies
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements
Book in, coordinate, and oversee maintenance works
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and local authorities in a professional manner
Ensure health and safety standards are met across all properties
Manage check-ins and check-outs, including handover of keys and tenancy documentation
Maintain accurate property records and update reports as required
Assist with compliance checks (e.g., gas safety, electrical, fire safety)
Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Support the office team with administrative duties related to property management

Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Requirements
Driving Licence (essential)
Experience in property management: 1 year (minimum)
