Our client is seeking a motivated and professional
Property Manager
to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about property, customer service and organisation. You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio with a focus on maintenance, compliance, tenancy administration and landlord/tenant support.
This role is
primarily office-based
, with occasional out-of-office inspections and check-in/check-out appointments. It's perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Role Context
As a Property Manager, you'll act as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. Your role is essential to ensuring properties are compliant, repairs are handled efficiently, and tenancies run smoothly from start to finish. You will have real influence in improving service levels, maintaining strong relationships, and keeping operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Handle tenant referencing and process tenancy applications
Prepare tenancy agreements and associated legal documentation
Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries
Liaise with landlords and tenants, resolving queries efficiently
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working closely with contractors
Prepare property files and documentation for new tenancies
Complete check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections
Register deposits in line with compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records and ensure all properties meet legal standards
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous
Property Management
experience
Experience in face-to-face customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational ability with outstanding attention to detail
Confident problem solver with the ability to use initiative
Driven, motivated and committed to delivering great service
Competent with systems and quick to learn new processes
Genuine interest in the property sector and people
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
Ability to work independently during inspections as well as collaboratively within a team
