An excellent Monday to Friday opportunity for a well-spoken, well presented and experienced Property Manager to join a lovely independent agent who are seeing year on year growth in their property management department.
We have a fantastic local reputation and we're looking for a Property Manger who wants to be a part of a successful Birmingham city centre Estate Agency and progress their property management career.

Property Manager - Duties
Dealing with maintenance. Doing mid term inspections. Organising contractors. Dealing with maintenance. Ensuring compliance. Dealing with deposit disputes. Organising works when required. Organising tenancy paperwork. Getting involved in serving section notices. Assisting wider sales and lettings team. General Property Manager duties. Assisting with front end lettings.
Property Manager - Experience Needed:
Previous lettings/ property management experience is advantageous. Professional written and verbal communication Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
