Adams Property Agents are looking for a Full Time Property Manager to join their friendly and expanding independent Agency. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and diligent individual who pays attention to detail and who can work effectively on their own and within a team. We want those with a can-do approach and someone who is willing to get involved in lots of different projects. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the rest of the team, dealing with maintenance, inspections, deposits & other related tasks.
The applicant should be:

Able to use their own initiative
Able to deliver a high standard of customer service
Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
The role requires a 37.5 hour week, to include every third Saturday morning (9am - 1pm), and a full, clean driving license.
Previous experience would be essential, but training & continuous Professional Development will be provided to the successful candidate
Salary to be determined according to experience and knowledge.
