We're now looking for an experienced Property Manager (or Property Expert as we call them!) to join our friendly and supportive team. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, delivering a professional, flexible and responsive service to both landlords and tenants.

You'll thrive under pressure, enjoy liaising with multiple parties, and take pride in resolving both planned and reactive issues - always delivering outstanding customer service in an honest, informed and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential properties Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors Handling reactive and planned issues efficiently Resolving conflicts and queries with empathy and professionalism Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice Maintaining accurate records and administration

Essential Skills & Attributes

Excellent knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation Strong maintenance and contractor knowledge High-quality customer service with a genuinely customer-focused attitude Genuine interest in property and people Ability to multitask and manage a busy, multifaceted workload Strong initiative and decision-making skills Highly organised with excellent time management Strong IT proficiency Confident relationship and rapport builder Empathetic and emotionally intelligent Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Experience / Qualifications

1-2 years' Property Management experience (minimum) Experience using Fixflo (advantageous) Propertymark Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency (desirable - full funding provided if not already held)

Friday: 09:00-17:00

Pay: 27,000.00-33,000.00 per year
