Based in Bromley and working in a small team, we are looking to appoint an experienced, full time, well presented and articulate Property Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
The role will involve; dealing with routine, emergency and preventative maintenance with our rental portfolio. A varied role that involves communicating with clients, tenants and contractors and requires good administration skills. Experience for this role is essential and preference will be given to applicants who have good local area knowledge.
