We are looking for a Property Manager - Ideally seeking candidates with minimum 12 months experience in the industry and in the role.

Key Responsibilities include:

Take a proactive role in the day-to-day property management of the portfolio, with a strategic approach. Ensure regular property inspections take place. Build key strategic relationships with Landlords and tenants. Ensuring lease data is regularly updated and maintained on the property management database Take a proactive approach in terms of asset management opportunities and the exploiting of potential initiatives. Planning for reviews, lease expiry's and break options Dealing with the tenant queries in a timely and efficient manner. Dealing with any dilapidation claims, licence to alters, assignments etc in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with the finance team to ensure rents are collected in a timely manner and outstanding debts are collected as quickly as possible. Ensure that the correct contracts are in place across the portfolio. Making sure that all properties are compliant. Carry out full handover process to incoming tenants
Personal requirements

High attention to detail and an organised and methodical approach to processing. Ambitious and creative candidates with property management experience together with landlord and tenant knowledge. IT and software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge. The ability to work effectively both in a team environment and own initiative in a pressured environment, sticking to strict deadlines. Good communication skills, written and verbal

9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay: 20,000.00-30,000.00 per year
