Known for our hands-on approach and long-term client relationships, we're now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and confidence in handling multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all aspects portfolio of commercial properties
Acting as the a primary point of contact for landlords and tenants and relevant sources
Overseeing smooth transactional maintenance, repairs, and compliance matters
Instructing and managing contractors and service providers
Conducting property inspections and reporting findings
Managing service charge budgets and reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
Supporting lease renewals, rent reviews, and new lettings
Maintaining accurate property and financial records
About You
Previous experience in commercial property management (preferred)
Strong transferrable understanding of landlord & tenant matters
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple properties
Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
Professional, proactive, and commercially minded
The ideal candidate will receive training to a point and will be able to utilise transferable skills to accommodate the role
Full UK driving licence

35k - 45k PA Salary dependant on experience
