Property Manager

to join our team and take ownership of a varied portfolio.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as main point of contact for landlords and tenants Handle all maintenance issues from start to finish: logging, instructing contractors, approvals, follow-up and updates Arrange and manage compliance: GSCs, EICRs, EPCs, smoke/CO alarms, PAT testing, etc Conduct mid-term inspections and create clear reports for landlords Deal with tenancy renewals, rent reviews and notices (S13, S21 etc) Handle check-outs, deposit returns, and any proposed deductions Liaise with contractors, negotiate quotes, and ensure high standards of work Ensure the portfolio remains fully compliant with current lettings legislation Update CRM systems accurately and promptly Provide exceptional customer service to maximise landlord retention

About You

Experience in residential lettings/property management preferred, but strong administration/customer service backgrounds will be considered Excellent communication and organisation skills Confident in handling multiple tasks and prioritising a busy workload Knowledge of compliance and lettings legislation (training provided if needed) Able to work well under pressure and solve problems proactively Full UK driving licence required
