are looking for a Property Manager with at least 2 years

property experience to join our growing business.

Given that this is a full

'360' Property Management role,

the ideal candidate will have experience with all Property Management aspects such as, deposit registration, deposit returns and disputes, renewals, serving Section Notices as required, property maintenance as well as the other standard day PM day-to-day duties.

The individual must:

Have at least 2 years experience of

UK

Property Management experience Possess strong organizational skills Be able to thrive in a very busy office environment Have strong verbal and written communication skills

General areas of responsibility include:

Arranging certificates and all other legal documentation to ensure that properties comply with current legislation Liaising between landlords and tenants Undertaking the full lettings process and communicating with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to manage any issues through to resolution Negotiating renewals / rent increases Cross-selling other services and 'add-on's' to our clients Willingness to help other departments during busy time 28 paid holidays increasing up to 33 (1 extra day for each year worked) Keeping up to date with the new Renters' Rights Act
Salary and commissions will total 30,000 to 32,000 together dependent on experience and commission-able items achieved.
