Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organised, professional to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. You will handle all aspects of tenancy management in a fast paced environment from daily maintenance to property checkouts.

Benefits:

9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. One weekend per month 'on call' for emergency calls only. 20 days holiday not including public holidays. Pool car available and milage paid if own vehicle used. Key Responsibilities

Tenancy Management:

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across Crewe and Nantwich. Act as the main liaison for landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service. Respond to tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Checkouts and Inspections:

Schedule and conduct property checkouts at the end of tenancies. Prepare detailed checkout reports including photographic evidence and condition assessments. Compare check-in and check-out reports to determine fair wear and tear vs tenant liability. Handle deposit deductions and liaise with tenants and landlords to reach resolutions.
Repairs and Maintenance:

Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with approved contractors. Obtain quotes, authorise works (within budget), and ensure completion to a high standard. Maintain accurate records of all works and compliance certificates.
Administration:

Keep property records updated in the CRM system (Jupix). Support the lettings team with information on in and out going condition of properties to ensure tenancy start dates are met in time.
