Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in Croydon and around London. The role involves day-to-day property management, tenant and landlord liaison, compliance, and coordination of maintenance works.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is organised, professional, and confident managing multiple properties.
Key responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential properties Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor access Managing check-ins, check-outs inventories Ensuring compliance with UK housing legislation and safety requirements Keeping accurate property and compliance records
Requirements
Previous experience in residential property management (essential) Good knowledge of UK lettings and property legislation Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Confident liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and councils Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems Full right to work in the UK
Desirable
Experience managing blocks or mixed-use buildings
