What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

1+ years' experience in Property Management

(essential) A polished, professional approach and excellent self-presentation Strong communication skills--both written and verbal Exceptional organisation and attention to detail A proactive, motivated mindset with a desire to exceed expectations The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office & database systems A bright, positive personality with a great sense of humour and a "can-do" attitude A

clean driving licence and your own car

Key Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering a smooth, efficient and outstanding service to landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing your own portfolio of residential properties Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and branch teams Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and effectively Overseeing the deposit release and negotiation process Handling informal complaints with professionalism and efficiency Coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy works Developing and managing relationships with trusted contractors Conducting regular property inspections Supporting other departments when needed--teamwork is key!

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
