About the Role:
Managing your own portfolio of properties
Maintaining good relationships with landlord and tenant, attending to all maintenance issues
Property inspections and problem fixing
Tenancy renewals, rent increases, deposit disputes and arrears chasing
Identifying new business and growing portfolio
HMO and student lets
