The successful candidate with their experience will be working within the engine of our business, as a fabulous varied role managing a portfolio of private residential rented properties . You will be managing maintenance, property inspections, contractors, rent payments, renewal contracts, and delivering our multi award-winning service to our lovely landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
Responsible for our portfolio of local properties
Provide a proactive service to our landlords and clients
Flexibility with your working day and time management in order to maximise elite service, move in tenants; & keep up to date with property visits as efficiently as possible
Tenancy renewals and dilapidations
Proactive and responsive maintenance and arranging contractors
About you:
Motivated and hardworking individual in order to complement our team
Self-initiative and autonomy to problem solve
Basic understanding of CRM system - full training provided
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and Proactive attitude
Full UK driving licence
Experience within a similar role or administration based
Knowledge and understanding of lettings & property management
