We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a set portfolio across a vast area.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day property operations, ensuring high standards of service.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to keep properties in excellent condition.
Communicate effectively with residents, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilise software for tenancies, rent collection, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks.
Support marketing activities through upselling available units or services.
Collaborate with team members to improve operational procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience with property management.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer focused attitude with problem solving skills.
Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus.
Experience supporting upselling or sales initiatives is advantageous.
