We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of our real estate services. Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations, including handling enquiries, complaints, and lease agreements
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet health and safety standards
Oversee rent collection, data entry, and financial reporting
Assist with marketing vacant units through upselling features and amenities to prospective tenants
Organise administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients
Support the onboarding process for new tenants and facilitate lease renewals
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or property management roles
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
Previous experience in upselling or sales within a property context is advantageous
Administrative experience including filing, record keeping, and general office duties is essential
