We are an established, Award Winning, Lettings and Estate Agency based in Falmouth.

We are looking for a Property Portfolio Manager. Experience in this field would be strongly recommended but is not essential. This position would suit someone who is capable of working under pressure in a very busy and expanding office. You would need to be extremely well-organised, efficient, a problem-solver with excellent IT and people skills.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of your own portfolio of managed properties. This will include property maintenance, safety certificates and compliancy, inspections, communication with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants and the organisation of the deposit release. You will be part of the Property Management Team and will need to be a good team player as well as being capable of working independently. Full training will be provided.

A salary with OTE of 27,000 is on offer dependent on experience and qualifications. An additional day's leave is available each month as part of our wellbeing scheme which equates to a possible 13 days additional to contractual annual leave per year. A pool car is available for inspections however own car and driving licence is essential.

This position is full-time. Opening hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm, 8:45am - 5:00pm on Fridays. The successful candidate will be on call over a weekend on a rota (1 in 6) and will be expected to come in to the office on the Saturday when on call from 10:00am - 1:00pm.
