What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Fareham Handling maintenance requests and coordinating with trusted contractors Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy check-ins/check-outs Keeping accurate records and ensuring all legal requirements are met
What We're Looking For
Minimum
1-2 years' experience
in property management Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach Knowledge of lettings and property legislation A team player with a passion for providing great customer serviceFull UK driving licence
