HNW family are looking for someone to run their property portfolio.

This currently comprises of private properties in London, West Coat of Scotland, Devon, Cannes and will grow to include an estate in Oxfordshire in the next year. And commercial properties which includes 2 large warehouse units in Leeds & Birmingham and an office building in London. Again this will grow this year.

Looking for someone to be solely responsible for portfolio, owning the P&L and making each property as profitable as possible. And helping grow it.

What you'll do in this role



The family spend time between all of the private houses and let them out as holiday rentals when not in them. You will be fully responsible for the smooth running of each property, including booking and overseeing maintenance, keeping the running costs as efficient as possible, keeping them complaint, managing bookings, changeovers, gardeners, cleaners etc. You will own the P&L for each property and report on the profits you're able to generate. You will also be responsible for project managing larger builds including planning applications, running the tender process for builders and managing the process to completion. Again closely tracking budgets & timelines and reporting. You will also be leading the charge on growth, so helping actively find new opportunities and also marketing and selling properties when needed.

What you need to succeed



Strong work ethic. We are looking for someone to be completely responsible for their areas which includes managing things that come up when they're not at work. Happy working alone and autonomously. The owners are young entrepreneurs in their 30's and will work closely with you at times but also need you to be able to run the portfolio alone when they're other work commitments are too busy. Minimum bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited university 4+ years relevant experience High attention to detail and obsessively organised Comfortable being firm with people (eg. builders) Flexible attitude, happy to adapt fast in a fast paced ever changing environment Can-do attitude and happy to muck in on tasks whatever they may be, happy to roll sleeves up and do it yourself where required Passion for property Happy to travel between properties and to view new prospects frequently.
