We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management activities, providing vital administrative support, and enhancing tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have excellent phone etiquette.
Duties
Part of a team ensuring the smooth running of the property management department, answering calls and responding to emails.
Working alongside the property maintenance team, Landlords and tenants to arrange required works and resolve raised issues.
Arrange and complete property inspections.
Monitor ending tenancies, co-ordinate and arrange property check outs. Assess works required and responsibility.
Advise tenants on deposit deductions, arrange deposits refunds and claim funds from the deposit protection service.
Inspect properties before move in, completing/arrange property inventory.
Process contractor invoices and manage filing system.
Manage key system
Manage all processes relating to our property portfolio utility and council tax accounts.
Online and physical mail administration
Take and record meter readings, providing to suppliers when required.
Internet supplier administration and tenant troubleshooting.
Monitor and track property energy use.
Arrange smart meter upgrades
Complete and maintain 3d scans of our property portfolio.
Support other departments within the company when required to meet business demands.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience in an office environment, preferably within property management or a related field.
Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
