As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic Residential Property Manager to enhance our professional team.

Position Overview:



Job Type:

Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours:

9:00am to 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch break (35 hours)

Start Date:

As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and compliance. Manage new lettings, including move-in inspections and drafting inventories. Oversee move-out inspections and handle tenancy renewals. Administer deposit protections and resolve any related disputes. Coordinate and instruct all maintenance works. Ensure properties adhere to all regulatory requirements (e.g., Gas Safety, Legionnaires, Electrical). Perform general property administration tasks, including arrears chasing and account management. Participate in limited residential block management. Handling out-of-hours repairs.

Candidate Profile:-



Experience



Proven track record in residential property management.

Skills:



Confident and client-facing demeanour. Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities. Strong communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:



Full driving licence and access to own car (expenses & mileage payable). Ambition to grow and develop within the role, with incentives available for expanding this sector of our business. Proven track record with 2-3 years property management experience, ideally with responsibility of running a department.
