We are seeking a Part-time or Full-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our management portolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, rent collection, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
We are looking for some who is happy to do 3/6 days a week. Flexible on the days
Property Management:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties
Manage evictions and legal proceedings, Good knowledge of Section 21 and Section 8 is required.
Serving notices (Section 21, section 8)
Experience applying for property licences
Ensure that properties are well-maintained and in compliance with health, safety, and property licence
Property inspections to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Some knowledge of HMO Properties
Renewals of GAS, ELECTRIC, EPC, Fire risk certificates
Generating Invoices and statements
Coordinate tenancy renewals, rental increases, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Dealing with end of tenancy deposit and disputes between tenants and landlord
Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and property improvements.
