Lettings Property Manager

to join us in maintaining compliance and managing the maintenance of our Residential Lettings portfolio. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, solving problems efficiently and building strong relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring quick and effective resolution for tenants and landlords Building trusted relationships with contractors and suppliers, securing high-quality work at competitive prices Acting as the main point of contact for all maintenance enquiries, providing clear and timely communication Keeping accurate records of maintenance activity, inspections and invoices Ensuring full adherence to safety, compliance and company procedures Supporting, training and mentoring new members of the team Handling complaints with professionalism and care Overseeing team rota elements such as annual leave planning and buddy systems

What You'll Bring

Strong experience within Residential Lettings and property maintenance Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently with colleagues, landlords and tenants A solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage competing priorities High levels of professionalism, integrity and diplomacy Proven capability in coaching and developing others
