We're searching for a proactive, organised, and knowledgeable
Property Manager
to oversee a growing residential portfolio--ensuring smooth tenancies, swift maintenance, and full legislative compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
Completing inventories, mid-term inspections, and checkouts
Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor communication
Managing deposit negotiations and preparing dispute evidence
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and full compliance with legislation
Using property management software such as Fixflo and Reapit
Monitoring maintenance quality and supporting internal team workflows
Building strong, positive landlord and tenant relationships
About You
Experience in residential property management or lettings
Solid understanding of tenancy legislation and deposit processes
Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
Confident handling disputes, deadlines, and a varied workload
Holder of a
full UK driving licence
