Southernbrook Lettings is seeking a Property Manager to help oversee the daily management of our Haslemere lettings office. This role is available with flexible hours and be part time. It is ideal for someone looking for work between school hours. There is also opportunity for progression in this role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible in helping the team for the overall running and managing of the office and duties will involve:

conducting inspections and sending detailed reports to the landlord helping maintenance issues get resolved, working alongside a dedicated team chasing rent arrears sorting deposits after a tenant has vacated a property working on rent reviews and tenancy renewals sending off application forms when properties are let dealing with day to day issues as they arise
Qualifications:

- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with office operations and administrative duties.
- Full UK driving licence
