Reporting to the Lettings Manager and based primarily in our Naphill Office, salary commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive management of tenancy portfolio
Assisting the Lettings team with pre let maintenance advice, compliance and instruction
Ensuring portfolio compliance at all times and adjusting to new legislation when required
Liaise with block management companies on behalf of Landlords where required
Co-ordinate/attend a programme of property inspection visits
Handle deposit returns
Key Tasks:
responding to tenant issues
ascertaining the correct course of action,
liaising with landlords and contractors to arrange quotes
ensuring quote approval is obtained
instructing works
checking works are satisfactorily completed
obtaining and checking invoices
keeping accurate records at all times
proactively managing issues raised through inspections
Key Skills:
Ability to mediate between landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring landlords always receive appropriate professional advice in relation to their properties at all stages of the process
Ability to remain professional under pressure
Diplomacy and negotiation skills
Constructive and positive team player
Understanding of typical property issues helpful
Qualifications:
Ideally with lettings property management experience
Interest in the lettings industry and willingness to learn and adapt to forthcoming changes
Evidence of working under own initiative and as part of a team essential
Must be able to drive with own vehicle

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
