We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our fast paced and dynamic property business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential property support. This position requires proficiency in various office tasks, including clerical duties, data entry, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Perform property management tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in the preparation of documents and reports using Google Suite applications together with industry platforms
Maintain records
Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support the property team
Organise property visits, viewings and maintenance support.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Assist our clients by answering queries
Assisting with referencing applications
Prepare move in reports for tenancies
Assist with property management
Prepare sales and lettings instructions
Experience
Proven experience in a similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computerised systems and ability to learn new ones quickly
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The salary range is wide depending on industry related experience - it would be fantastic if you have worked in an estate or lettings agents in a front facing role previously (whether that be sales, lettings or administration)
