We're looking for motivated individual to join our small team in a growing business. This is initially maternity cover but may lead to more.
Responsibilities:  
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations  
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating maintenance requests  
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or repairs needed  
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work  
- Advertise and market available properties to attract prospective tenants  
- Generate new leads for marketing/sales funnel for prospective new landlords.
- Manage marketing/social media presence for the business
Qualifications:  
- Previous experience in property management is essential.
- Sales and Marketing experience is essential  
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members  
- Proficient in data entry and office administration tasks  
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants  
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping and documentation  
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
