Seven Property are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties including our maintained apartments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing guest relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of customer service expertise and operational efficiency, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to our guests. You'll play a key part in supporting our property department, ensuring properties are compliant, well-presented, and properly documented. Your duties will include:

What we're looking for



A proven track record in lettings or property management A customer-first mindset and excellent communication abilities Experience of managing commercial property and a good understanding of the UK commercial property market The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to take the appropriate actions Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build and develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders up to Director level Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills Able to work independently to deadlines and under pressure with confidence whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Commercial awareness and exceptional customer focus Computer literate (Excel, Word etc) Confident communicator with customers and guests. Proficient in property management software is highly desirable. Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks is essential. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Excellent phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with guests and stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities



Ensure any Landlord required works are necessary and in accordance with lease. Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals on commercial properties Carrying out property visits/inspections. Completing checks at the start and end of occupation. Conducting pre-checks and move-in checks at properties. Ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all reports and communications. Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact in the Property Department. Coordinate repairs with the maintenance assistant or contractors. Ensuring all property inventories are up to date. Maintain accurate records of property activities, including lease agreements, guest communications, and maintenance logs. Implement effective upselling strategies to maximise occupancy rates and work with the Marketing Department to produce regular content to promote brand awareness. Responsible for Smooth office operations and efficient data management. Ensure the Housekeeping role is managed and rota effectively in line with needs of the business.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
