Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties in the heart of London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of tenancy agreements, including leasing and renewals
- Conduct property inspections and respond to tenant enquiries promptly
- Ensure timely rent collection and handle arrears professionally
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilise Alto software for property management tasks
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all properties
- Work closely with the accounts team for rent processing and supplier payments
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Qualifications

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is compulsory
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and data entry tasks
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximise revenue streams
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
