Job Description
I am looking for a Dynamic, Driven and Self Motivated individual to manage a portfolio of HMO Properties & Flats in Hull. Applicant must live locally to the area
The Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Management of 100+ Tenants
Management of Website and Management Software
Rent Collection/Statements
Maintenance Reporting
Property Inspections
Metre Reading/Energy Monitoring
Property Adverts
Tenancy Liaison
Incoming Calls
Gas and Electric Maintenance Checks
Property Viewings
Tenancy Agreements/Contracts
The role is not limited to the above, however these are the Key Responsibilities.
Relevant property management experience is essential for this job, along with a positive mindset!. . The successful applicant will be required for some weekends and evenings to accommodate Property Viewings, in return for flexitime arrangements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
