We are looking for a pioneering Block Manager who excels at

onboarding and mobilizing new portfolios

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Onboarding:

Lead the seamless transition of new properties into the business, coordinating everything from data migration to initial site audits.

Proactive Management:

Manage ~900 units with a long-term "asset management" focus, moving away from the traditional reactive model.

Financial & Compliance:

Oversee service charge budgeting and health & safety standards with total transparency and discipline.

Tech-First Service:

Leverage our advanced data infrastructure and

Qube

to deliver a superior, modern customer experience.

Requirements

Systems Expertise:

Previous experience using

Qube

is

essential

.

Onboarding Specialist:

Proven experience in

onboarding new properties

and transitioning portfolios from other agents/developers.

Sector Knowledge:

Deep experience in residential leasehold/freehold management and current UK legislation (IRPM/ARMA qualifications preferred).

Strategic Mindset:
